A bit of Sedona’s magic…

"This song is for letting go," he said... "Surrender!"
And notes from his native American flute started a heartwarming melody as we were hiking up among Sedona's sacred red stones.

There are places where the energy really gets to you, to your core, and the depths of your soul… And Boynton Canyon definitely was one of them.
From the top of a butte, this man was playing his flute and spreading messages of wisdom and healing, sending little love notes to our hearts.
I was sitting on a rock, suspended between the earth and the sky, listening to his music. Each note felt like a loving embrace around my heart. Each sound vibration was awakening magic in my cells, my chest, my belly. It all felt light yet deep and intense.
“This is a song for peace,” and the sweet melody rose again.
I started feeling tears… divine tears of grace rolling on my cheeks and merging into the earth. There was immense peace, it felt expansive, infinite.

Before he left, he gave us a heart, carved from the red stones. "One love", he said... "This is from my soul to yours, because we are all one. And love conquers all."

It was my first visit to Sedona… It was love at first sight with this land, and the red stone carved heart on my altar is the constant reminder that , yes, love conquers all.
